I came to South Coast family Medical Center as a new patient. The process for pre-registering was easy. I received a text message rather promptly when it was time for me to come to the office. I saw Dr. Chris. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. The next day I was contacted with my lab results. The staff was also wonderful. Overall a great experience.

Been coming here since 1993. A family environment. The whole staff is amazing. They are patient, listen to your concerns, and find a treatment that’s best for you. A rare gem in the medical industry.

U\I've only been there once and met with the PA for a pre-op clearance. It was a friendly and professional experience.
I had a phone call later to make sure the documents were in and the person I spoke to was very kurt and not helpful.

Great first visit experience
As a new patient, I walked in without checking in first, and waited about 45 minutes.
Dr Davis took the time to deeply understand my issues and it never felt rushed.
The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly too
Post visit, the patient portal, email and text communications were very helpful

Dr Chris & Dr Lauren Davis are fantastic primary physicians. South Coast Family Medical is such a nice walk in location, nice waiting area, and convenient office. My family has been going there for over 20 years and we really enjoy their staff, help with medications, quick diagnoses for emergency conditions, and attentive follow up. If you are looking for a good family Dr office, I highly recommend this one!

dr. was very animated with my prognosis and very articulate in explaining everything. respectful, just like talking to a friend, same goes with the other doctors and staff. definitely a feel good place to be.

Dr Davis was wonderful and super helpful on our telehealth appointment! She had time for all my questions and even said a quick hello to my dogs, which made me smile! I would highly recommend her. My recovery from Covid was definitely speeded up with her treatment plan!
